Casey Bowman

Casey Bowman is a Bitcoin/Lightning Senior Engineer at PORTAL since August 2022. Prior to this role, Casey worked independently as a Bitcoin Engineer. Casey previously held positions at Verizon as a Principal DevOps Engineer and at Sensity Systems as a Senior Software Engineer. With a background in Scala, Clojure, and DevOps, Casey has also worked at Boyle Software, Real Time Risk Systems, Target, Wells Fargo Bank, and SPS Commerce, contributing to various projects and services. With a strong educational background in Applied Physics and Engineering Physics, Casey is currently a PhD candidate in Engineering-Economic Systems at Stanford University.
