Charlotte Janssen has a diverse work experience in various industries and roles. Charlotte started their career as a Mentor and Study Guide at the Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University in 2017. In 2018, they worked as a Leads Agent at Vandebron. In 2020, they interned at Henkel as a Graduate Intern Demand Planning, where they were responsible for supporting the planning process and evaluating forecasts. Charlotte also wrote their master thesis on implementing Demand Sensing in the planning process. From 2013 to 2021, Charlotte worked at Lokanta Proeflokaal, starting as a service and hostess staff and eventually becoming the Business Manager. In this role, they were responsible for purchasing, personnel, and providing excellent customer service. In 2021, Charlotte joined Nextlogic as a Junior Business Analyst, where they supported various business processes and tested data flows. Charlotte also joined Venturn as part of their Young Professional Program, focusing on developing hard and soft skills in the maritime and logistics sectors. Currently, Charlotte works at Portbase as a Business Manager, serving as the main point of contact for both the organization and customers in the hinterland domain. Their responsibilities include the implementation and management of services, as well as ensuring customer satisfaction for all stakeholders.
Charlotte Janssen completed their education at Tilburg University from 2019 to 2020, where they obtained a Master's degree in Supply Chain Management with a focus on logistics and supply chain. Prior to that, they attended Erasmus University Rotterdam from 2014 to 2018, where they pursued a degree in Business Administration. Additionally, Charlotte obtained additional certifications, including a Professional Scrum Master 1 certification from Scrum.org in December 2022 and a Lean Thinking certification from The Lean Six Sigma Company in June 2022.
