Federico Gandellini

Federico Gandellini is a Senior Software Engineer at Portchain. Prior to joining Portchain, they worked as a freelance Fullstack Web Developer at MailUp from June 2014 to January 2018. In their role at MailUp, Federico was responsible for software architecture design, back-end development with .NET and Node.js, front-end development with Angular.js, Gulp.js and Babel, front-end development with React.js, Redux Webpack and Babel, software automation (Gulp.js / npm / Webpack, Jenkins CI), application deploy on AWS environments (Node.js deployment scripts and environment setup), development of AWS Lambda functions with Node.js, TDD testing with Mocha, Karma/Protractor and Jest, software versioning using git, development and maintenance of a "local development" environment built with Vagrant and Docker.

Before their work at MailUp, Federico was an Android Developer at Binary System Srl from January 2012 to July 2012, and a .NET Developer at Antares Vision from June 2011 to April 2015. Federico also worked as a .NET Developer at Grafica Arrigoni from January 2015 to February 2015.

Federico Gandellini holds a Laurea Magistrale in Scienze e tecnologie dell'informazione from Università degli Studi di Milano and a Laurea in Informatica from the same school. Federico is also certified from Avanscoperta in CodeJam Workshop.
