Ralph Wahlberg

Ralph’s 46-year career has been exclusively focused upon military and federal service contracting. He has captured over 150 government contracts with an award value in excess of $1.3B. These contracts provided services such as hospital critical care housekeeping (HAMS), base-wide janitorial, Base Operating and Support Services (BOSS), base-wide grounds maintenance, and armed/unarmed security guards. Ralph’s entrepreneurial past career has lead him to the nonprofit world and joining PORTCO in 2019.

Ralph is a member of the National Contract Management Association (NCMA), an author (Military Review), held a DoD Secret Clearance for 25 years, gained his Registered Executive Housekeeper (REH) certification, and held membership in the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM). His companies have employed thousands of employees and managed with one goal – teamwork. He’s lived the saying “you never work a day in your life when love what you do”!

Traveling stateside and internationally (Ralph holds US and Swiss citizenship), golf, hockey (Go Knights!) darts, corn hole and bowling are Ralph’s choice activities outside of work. Ralph and his wife, Tish, are constantly on the go. They both have children from former lives and love them dearly.
