Daniel Scalo

Daniel Scalo, CPA, currently serves as Fund Controller at Portfolio Advisors, LLC since October 2021. Prior to this role, Daniel worked at KPMG from September 2015 to September 2021, progressing from Audit Associate to Senior Audit Associate and finally to Audit Manager. In the position of Audit Manager, responsibility included overseeing multiple engagements with a significant number of staff hours and developing critical engagement metrics. Daniel's experience encompasses conducting complex audits in the asset management sector, focusing on various entities such as hedge funds and private equity funds, and ensuring compliance with financial policies. Daniel holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting from Pace University - Lubin School of Business, earned between 2010 and 2014.
