Danny Thompson

Danny Thompson has been working in the IT field since 2007. Danny began as a Computer Service Coordinator at Convergys, where they were responsible for resolving internal support problems effectively and efficiently. In 2015, Danny moved to The New Victoria Hospital as an IT Support Engineer. In 2016, they took on the role of System Administrator at PhotoBox. From 2017 to 2021, Danny worked as a Trading Communications Systems Engineer at IPC Systems, Inc., where they supported NICE voice recording systems, NIM, NTR, Engaged, and various integrations such as IPC technologies and Cloud 9. In 2021, Danny began their current role as a Cloud Operations Engineer at Portfolio BI.

Danny Thompson has engaged in a variety of educational experiences. Danny has undertaken personal study in MOC 6421 Configuring and Troubleshooting Windows Server 2008 Network Infrastructure, as well as INSTALLING AND CONFIGURING WINDOWS SERVER 2012 EXAM 70-410. Danny also attended UNAPEC University, where they studied Computer and Information Sciences, General. Danny Thompson holds a CCNA from ITLA Dominican Republic, and a MCSE - Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer from Teorema Dominican Republic. Additionally, Danny Thompson has obtained two certifications: Microsoft Office 365: Administration (Office 365/Microsoft 365) from LinkedIn in June 2022, and Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals from Microsoft in April 2021.
