Yongjae Lee

Yongjae Lee is an Associate Professor in the Department of Industrial Engineering at 울산과학기술원, with a focus on the Artificial Intelligence Graduate School since August 2018. Lee has contributed as an Editorial Advisory Board Member for the Journal of Financial Data Science since February 2020 and serves as an advisor in the Data Science Cell at Hana Institute of Technology since March 2024. Previously, Lee co-founded and advised at 베라노스 from November 2017 to May 2023, and held the position of BK Assistant Professor at Seoul National University from November 2017 to October 2018. Additional experience includes a postdoctoral research role at the Korea Advanced Institute of Science and Technology and various research assistant positions at DPT Capital Management and Princeton University. Lee earned a Ph.D. in Industrial & Systems Engineering and two Bachelor's degrees in Computer Science and Mathematical Sciences, all from the Korea Advanced Institute of Science and Technology.
