Robert Hays

Robert Hays is a seasoned property management professional with extensive experience across various roles in the real estate industry. Currently serving as a Property Manager at Portico PM since October 2023, Robert previously held multiple community management positions at Sares Regis Group and other firms including TBD Management LLC, Greystar, and Epic Asset Management. A licensed real estate broker, Robert began their career in property management as a Marketing Director and Chaplain at Lang Nelson Associates Inc. in a senior living context and has successfully implemented marketing and leasing strategies across multiple developments. Robert holds a BA in Pastoral Studies from North Central University and a Master's degree in Theological Studies from Southeastern University.
