John Holmes

John Holmes has extensive work experience in the field of Information Technology. John started their career as an Information Technology Manager at Delta Environmental Consultants from December 2001 to May 2006. John then joined Dora Holdings Inc. as a Senior Information Technology Developer/Information Technology Manager from May 2006 to December 2011. After that, they joined Portillo's Hot Dogs as an Information Technology Manager from November 2011 to April 2016. John was later promoted to Director of Information Technology at Portillo's Hot Dogs from April 2016 to May 2018. Currently, they hold the position of Vice President of Information Technology at Portillo's Hot Dogs, where they are responsible for setting the strategic direction for the company's Information Technology functions.

John Holmes attended Illinois State University from 1994 to 1999 where they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Industrial Technology/Information Technology.
