Tiffani Fisera is a dedicated professional with extensive experience at Portillo's since March 2010, currently serving as General Manager - Training & Development, where the focus is on training and developing future leaders. Tiffani has also held the roles of General Manager and part of the GM New Restaurant Opening Team. Tiffani holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Music from North Central College.
