Gareth Nevitt

Gareth Nevitt is a finance professional with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as CFO at the Portland Art Museum since August 2008, Gareth previously held the position of COO at the American Red Cross Oregon Trail Chapter from August 2003 to August 2008. Earlier in the career, Gareth worked as CFO at Miller Packing Company and as Group Accountant/Controller at European Motor Holdings plc. The initial years of professional development included a role as Senior Audit Manager at Grant Thornton. Gareth holds a BA in English Literature from the University of Sussex and is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales (ICAEW), having completed the FCA program from 1982 to 1986. Additionally, Gareth has participated in Leadership Portland.
