Jennifer Shumway

Jennifer Shumway has extensive work experience in the Membership Department at the Portland Art Museum. Jennifer started as a Senior Membership Associate in April 2005 and was promoted multiple times within the department. Currently, they hold the position of Head of Membership Operations, responsible for managing the daily operations, revenue processing, benefit fulfillment, and customer service. Jennifer also assists the Director of Membership in executing strategic plans and cultivating relationships with members. Prior to their time at the Portland Art Museum, Jennifer worked as an ABA Instructor at Applied Behavioral Analysis from April 2003 to April 2005, and as a Program Instructor at TURN Community Services from January 1999 to March 2005.

Jennifer Shumway attended the University of Utah from 2000 to 2004, where they studied Sociology and obtained a bachelor's degree. Later, from 2005 to 2008, they furthered their education at Portland State University, specializing in Social Science and achieving a bachelor's degree.
