Jessica Belcher

Jessica Belcher is an accomplished professional in operations strategy and planning, currently serving as Sr. Manager Operations Strategy and Planning & Chief of Staff to the Chief Operating Officer at Portland General Electric since May 2021. With extensive experience in the energy sector, Jessica previously held multiple roles at Pacific Gas and Electric Company, including Customer Strategic Planner and General Rate Case Witness, where responsibilities encompassed facilitating high-priority projects and overseeing small and medium business customer experience. Earlier roles at American Red Cross involved managing disaster response efforts and developing preparedness budgets.
