Thelma Hale

Thelma Hale, MBA, has extensive experience in social media and communications, currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer at The Social Media Maven since September 2023 and as a Senior Social Media Specialist at Legacy Health since June 2016. Previous roles at Legacy Health included Internal Communications Coordinator and Marketing Associate, among others. Active in professional organizations, Thelma is a member of the Emerging Professionals of Portland Leadership Committee at the Portland Business Alliance and has participated in various planning committees for Partners in Diversity and the Public Relations Society of America. Thelma's leadership experience includes serving as the Black Student Union President at Western Oregon University, complemented by a Master's degree in Business Administration from Concordia University-Portland and a Bachelor's degree in Communication and Media Studies from Western Oregon University.
