Dan Bissell

Dan Bissell, MD, currently serves as the Chief Medical Officer at Legacy Good Samaritan Medical Center since 2005, playing a key role in the executive CMO team overseeing care at eight hospitals and multiple regional centers. In addition to this role, Dan is an Emergency Physician with Northwest Acute Care Specialists, where leadership included serving as President & CEO until April 2022. Dan is also involved in academia as a Clinical Assistant Professor at Washington State University's Elson S. Floyd College of Medicine since May 2020 and as a co-founder and Board President of X2 Innovation, LLC, a firm focused on medical device and assistive technology development. Dan's medical education was completed at the University of Colorado School of Medicine, earning a Doctor of Medicine degree, following a Bachelor of Arts in Geology and Marine Geophysics from Middlebury College.
