Emma Bate (nee Webster) has had a successful and extensive career in brand management within the food industry. Emma started as an Assistant Brand Manager at Leaf UK, eventually moving on to hold Senior Brand Manager positions at companies such as Warburtons, AB World Foods Ltd, and Ornua Foods UK Ltd, where Emma worked on brands like Kerrygold and Patak's.
