Simon Brayford

Simon Brayford has over 20 years of experience in information systems management. Simon currently serves as the Director of Information Systems at Portmeirion Group UK. Prior to this role, they worked at Portmeirion Group Limited for 24 years, where they held various positions including Head of Information Systems and I.S. Technical Manager. Simon was responsible for systems development, web development, infrastructure management, helpdesk support, ERP systems, and network administration. Before joining Portmeirion, they worked at Josiah Wedgwood and Sons as an As/400 Technical Engineer, and at Johnson Brothers Pottery as an ICL TME/VME Operator. Simon has extensive experience in disaster recovery, automation of system operations, scripting, and networking.

Simon Brayford completed the NVQ Level 5 Diploma in Management from PTP Training from 2016 to 2018. Prior to that, they attended Bradwell High School from 1978 to 1983, although no specific degree or field of study was mentioned during that time.
