Kevin Buraks

Kevin Buraks is a seasoned attorney with over 25 years of experience in creditor representation and collections. Currently serving as Managing Attorney at Portnoff Law Associates, Ltd. since February 2007, Kevin focuses on client development and retention while also lecturing on municipal collections and bankruptcy law. Previously, Kevin worked at Wolf Block from March 1997 to February 2007 as an attorney in the Business Litigation and Bankruptcy Departments, specializing in creditors' rights for clients including banks and finance companies. Kevin's career also includes an association with Dessen, Moses & Sheinoff from June 1991 to February 1997, where Kevin served as an associate in the Litigation Department after beginning as a law clerk. Kevin holds a Bachelor's Degree in Psychology from Haverford College and a Juris Doctor from Rutgers Law School.
