Tomas Rybka

Tomas Rybka has extensive work experience in the software development field. Tomas is currently working as a Senior Software Developer at Portnox since July 2022. Prior to that, they worked at SolarWinds from 2008 to 2022. At SolarWinds, Tomas held various roles, starting as a Software Developer and progressing to Architect and Principal Software Architect positions. Tomas was responsible for the architecture and design supervision of flagship products such as Network Performance Monitor (NPM), Netflow Traffic Analyzer (NTA), and NetPath. Tomas also drove prototypes of new product candidates and actively contributed to Orion platform components. Before joining SolarWinds, Tomas worked as a Software Engineer & Analyst at SGP Systems, where they contributed to the entire software development lifecycle of educational programming software. Tomas also worked as a Researcher at Masaryk University & CESNET z.s.p.o., where they designed and implemented a tool suite for cross-development of operation programs.

Tomas Rybka's education history begins in 1992 when they attended Gymnazium Uherske Hradiste, where they completed their high school education. Tomas studied at this school for seven years, until 1999. Following their high school graduation, Tomas Rybka enrolled in Masaryk University Brno in the same year. Tomas pursued a Master's Degree in Informatics and successfully completed their studies in 2005.
