Alexandro Uehara

Alexandro Uehara is an experienced Senior System Analyst at Porto Seguro since June 2013, specializing in IVR systems, including Genesys and Avaya integrations. Prior to this role, Alexandro coordinated IVR, dialer, fax, and voice mail solutions at Teleperformance Brasil from January 2012 to January 2013. Alexandro also served as a Systems Analyst at Claro, focusing on IVR design, and worked at Contax as a Systems Analyst for contact centers, specializing in dialer design.
