Carlo Pasqualetto is an accomplished entrepreneur and leader with extensive experience in workforce management, technology, and innovation. As Co-Founder and CEO of Advanced Workforce Management System (AWMS), Carlo focuses on SaaS solutions that enhance productivity and employee planning in manufacturing settings. Carlo also co-founded AzzurroDigitale, a company that helps organizations leverage technology for strategic advantages, and has been instrumental as Founder and Licensee of TEDxPadova, promoting meaningful ideas across various disciplines. In their role as Consigliere Comunale - Delegato del Sindaco all'Innovazione for Comune di Padova, Carlo contributes to local innovation initiatives.
