Kathryn Daniels

Kathryn (Katie) Daniels is a highly accomplished legal and compliance professional with extensive experience in the finance and securities sectors. Currently serving as Managing Director and Head of Compliance at CPP Investments since May 2016, Kathryn has established a global compliance team responsible for enterprise compliance and investment compliance advisory. In addition to this role, Kathryn holds a board position at Ports America and previously served as an Adjunct Professor at the University of Toronto Faculty of Law, focusing on ethics in business law. Kathryn's career includes significant positions at the Ontario Securities Commission, including Deputy Director of Corporate Finance and Enforcement, where Kathryn (Katie) contributed to the development of operational plans and led regulatory investigations. Early career experience includes serving as a Litigation Associate at Fasken Martineau DuMoulin and holding a board member role at NASAA.
