Prajnya Shukla has extensive work experience as a Senior Business Analyst and Digital Business Analyst, with a focus on gathering and analyzing business requirements. Prajnya has worked in various industries, including the transportation, retail, and software sectors. Prajnya has a strong background in conducting workshops, facilitating meetings, and producing documentation to support system implementation and improvement. Prajnya is skilled in identifying and documenting business specifications, analyzing change requests, and transforming client specifications into business requirements. Prajnya's experience includes working with stakeholders to understand and define business problems and opportunities, as well as elaborating user stories and collaborating with IT teams to ensure requirements are met.

Prajnya Shukla began their education at the National Institute of Information Technology from 2010 to 2011, where they pursued diploma programs and specialized in Diploma in .NET Technologies. Prior to that, they attended SPJIMR SP Jain Institute of Management & Research from 2007 to 2008, where they obtained a postgraduate degree in Management and Insurance.
