Diana Bourns

Diana Bourns is an accomplished executive and leader with extensive experience spanning multiple roles in diverse organizations. As President and Partner at Ascendle since May 2014, Diana oversees operations to drive revenue and growth while serving as the Integrator within the Entrepreneurial Operating System. Previous positions include Chief of Staff, Agile Coach, and Product Owner at Ascendle, where Diana played a pivotal role in executing strategic initiatives and implementing Agile methodologies. Diana is also a member of Chief, a network for women executives, and a violinist with the Portsmouth Symphony Orchestra since 2006. Additional contributions include serving as Chair of the YMCA of Greater Boston Camping Services Branch Board and co-owning Portsmouth Sign Company. Diana holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from the UNH Peter T. Paul College of Business and Economics.
