Lara Bollweg has a strong background in consumer insights and research. Lara most recently worked as the Vice President of Consumer Insights + Research at Portu Sunberg, a division of The Barcode Group. Prior to that, Lara held the position of Director of Consumer Insights at Portu Sunberg. Before joining Portu Sunberg, Lara served as the Director of Strategy Planning - IN Marketing Agency at Advantage Solutions: Sales, Marketing, Technology, where they managed shopper strategy planning relationships for various brands and retailers. Lara also gained experience at IBM as a Managing Consultant in Target Shopper Insights. Additionally, they have a history with Target, where they held various roles such as Strategy Manager, Language Services and Business Strategist Manager - Guest Insights. Lara's career started at MarketResponse International as a Senior International Project Director + Research Consultant and later as an International Project Director.

Lara Bollweg pursued their education by completing a Bachelor of Arts degree in German and Business from St. Catherine University between 1995 and 1999. Later, in 2003, Lara enrolled at the Middlebury Institute of International Studies at Monterey to pursue an MBA in International Management, which they successfully obtained.
