Stephane Coubard has a diverse work experience in the field of design and styling. Stephane started their career in 2005 as the creator and head of the Shanghai office at Bering & Segura. Stephane then moved on to work as a stylist for EDF, where they designed clothing for the company. In 2015, they worked with BMW Group France to design clothing for their BMW and Austin Mini concessions. Stephane also worked with Groupe Rossignol in 2016 to create design concepts for the Rossignol gloves collection. From 2010 to 2018, they were responsible for designing ski gloves at Zanier Sport GmbH. Stephane also had experience at Millet, where they designed backpacks and ski gloves. Stephane worked as a stylist for A10 EQUIPMENT, where they designed collections for the army and police. Currently, they are the Head of Design at Portwest. Prior to this, they were a Senior Creative Director at Activeline Creation design center, where they provided consulting, design, and development services for textile and leather collections. Stephane has extensive experience in various sectors such as outdoor, motorsports, workwear, armies, police, hunting, and technical professions.

Stephane Coubard attended ISTA - Institut Supérieur Textile d'Alsace from 1998 to 2000, where they pursued a degree in Chef de produits Textile with a specialization in stylisme.
