Theo Rosini

Theo Rosini has a diverse background in legal and compliance roles. Starting in 2013, Theo served as a Legal Research and Writing Teaching Assistant at Rutgers School of Law - Newark. In 2014, they worked as a Law Clerk to the Honorable Peter E. Doyne at the Superior Court of New Jersey. Following this, Theo served as a Law Clerk to the Honorable Bonnie J. Mizdol at the same court. In 2015, they joined Porzio Bromberg & Newman P.C. as a Counsel. During this time, they also began working at Porzio Life Sciences - an RLDatix Company, first as the Director of Compliance Services and later as the Associate VP of Compliance Services & Analytics. Their work experience spans from teaching and legal research to various compliance and counseling roles.

Theo Rosini has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics from Rutgers University. Theo also holds a Doctor of Law (J.D.) degree in Law from Rutgers Law School.
