Khiyarotul Kholidha

Khiyarotul Kholidha has a diverse work experience starting in 2014 as the President of the Student Council at SMP Negeri 1 Bojonegoro. From 2016 to 2018, they worked at Sampoerna Academy Boarding School in the Event Department of the Dewan Perwakilan House, where they coordinated students and organized weekly events. In 2019, Khiyarotul became an Assistant Lecturer at Sampoerna University, assisting freshmen with math Accuplacer Test problems and teaching additional problem-based question-and-answer classes.

In the same year, they also became the Vice President of the Industrial Engineering Operations Management (IEOM) student chapter at IEOM Sampoerna University. In this role, they supervised finance, membership, and program departments and organized the Induction Ceremony of IEOM 2019/2020.

In 2020, Khiyarotul worked as part of the Operational Excellence team at PT. Aerofood Indonesia (Garuda Indonesia Group), where they calculated and standardized laundry machine productivity and presented possible causes of productivity issues using fishbone diagrams.

In 2021, they joined Deliveree On-Demand Logistics (Southeast Asia) as part of the Booking Operations Center, managing inbound and outbound customer and driver requests and resolving problems and inquiries within 24 hours.

Currently, in 2022, Khiyarotul works at PT Pos Logistik Indonesia as a Business Development Analyst, overseeing projects under incubation and evaluating ongoing projects and products to identify opportunities for improvement. Prior to this role, they served as a Supply Chain Associate, remotely supervising six warehouses to achieve zero-mistake fulfillment and reducing operational mishandling by 80% in the first three months. Khiyarotul also created a warehouse and fulfillment mishandling manual.

In their previous role as an Account Executive at PT Pos Logistik Indonesia, Khiyarotul maintained relationships with five existing customers by overseeing inbound demand until invoicing and gained two potential customers through interactive approaches.

From 2019 to 2021, Khiyarotul Kholidha attended Sampoerna University and the University of Arizona, earning a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering.

From 2017 to 2019, Khiyarotul Kholidha studied at Broward College and obtained an Associate of Arts - AA degree in Industrial Engineering.

In 2016, Khiyarotul Kholidha received a High School Diploma from Sampoerna Academy Boarding School.

Prior to that, from 2013 to 2016, Khiyarotul Kholidha completed Junior High School at SMPN 1 Bojonegoro.

Apart from formal education, Khiyarotul Kholidha has also obtained several certifications. These include a Full Stack Product Management certification from RevoU in September 2022, and certifications in Quality Assurance and Quality Control Awareness from PT Inter Strada Solutrindo in September 2021. Additionally, Khiyarotul Kholidha holds an EF SET English Certificate from the EF Standard English Test (EF SET) obtained in August 2021, and a General Educational Development certification from the GED Testing Service obtained in May 2017.
