Sònia Hurtado is the Founder and CEO of POSEIDONA, specializing in algal protein from circular economy. Prior to this role, she has a background as a Co-Founder and CSO at CURRENT FOODS, R&D New Product Development at Affinity Petcare, and lead positions in research and development in various food-related companies. Sònia has a Masters degree in food biotechnology and degrees in Food Science and Technology, as well as Human Nutrition and Dietetics.
