Xinyi Zhang

Xinyi Zhang is an accomplished Lead Product Designer at Poshmark since March 2022, focusing on redesigning discovery and search experiences as well as design systems while conducting user research and usability testing. Previously, Xinyi held the position of Head of Product and CPO at DecorMatters (October 2016 - March 2022), overseeing all design fronts across multiple platforms and leading efforts to grow the iOS app from zero to six million users. Xinyi's expertise also includes working as Director of UI & UX Design, where responsibilities encompassed end-to-end user experience development, collaboration with cross-functional teams, and optimization of product engagement metrics. Early career experience involved working at iid as a UI & UX Designer, contributing to various projects through user research and responsive design. Educational background includes a Master’s Degree in Web Design & New Media from the Academy of Art University and a Bachelor's Degree in Art Designing from Sichuan Normal University.
