Melissa de Fex

Melissa De Fex has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Melissa started their career as a Rockstar at CycleBar in 2018 before transitioning to become a Project Manager at United Solar from June 2018 to February 2019. Melissa then joined Summit Solar as a Senior Project Manager from February 2019 to June 2021. Melissa's next role was as the Director of Subcontractor Relations at Titan Solar Power, where they managed over 100 subcontractors in 20 states. During their time there, they successfully grew the department from 2 employees to 10 and implemented efficient processes. Currently, Melissa is the Director of Channel Operations at PosiGen, a position they have held since October 2023. In addition to their corporate experience, Melissa also has entrepreneurial experience as an Entrepreneur at 4Life Research, where they worked alongside an international team to teach financial freedom. Melissa held this role from January 2012 to August 2023.

Melissa De Fex attended the University of Rhode Island from 2005 to 2007, where they studied Textile Fashion Merchandising and Design as well as Italian. From 2007 to 2009, they went on to study Fashion Design at The Art Institutes. Melissa also holds a certification in OSHA 10-Hour, which was obtained at the OSHA Education Center.
