Kelly Poulson is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in coaching, people operations, and talent acquisition. Currently serving as the Director of People Operations at RStudio PBC since March 2022, Kelly also runs a career coaching and consulting business while founding Coach Conspirators, a supportive community for coaches. With a strong background in career coaching at TheMuse.com and other organizations, Kelly has a proven track record of helping individuals navigate career challenges. Previous roles include Vice President of Coaching & Development at Allen & Gerritsen, where Kelly implemented significant initiatives to enhance employee engagement and develop talent. Kelly holds a BA in Psychology and English from La Salle University and is a Certified Professional Coach through iPEC Coaching.
