Reggie Garcia, M.ED.

Reggie Garcia, M.ED. has a diverse range of work experience. Reggie currently works as a Community Engagement Manager for Positive Coaching Alliance in Los Angeles. Prior to this, they held the role of Director of Sports at the YMCA of Greater Long Beach from February 2020 to March 2023. Reggie also has experience as a Sales Executive for the Los Angeles Sparks, a Jr. Clippers Coach for the LA Clippers, and in community outreach for Nike's Mamba League. In addition, they served as an Athletic Supervisor at the Boys & Girls Club from August 2014 to September 2018 and as a Basketball Coach at Pioneer High School from January 2016 to August 2018. Before that, they worked as a Program Manager at Whittier College from August 2014 to August 2017.

Reggie Garcia, M.Ed., completed their Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Sports Management with a minor in Business Administration Marketing & Communication from Whittier College in the years 2014 to 2018. Following this, they pursued a Master of Education (M.Ed.) degree in Sport and Fitness Administration/Management from Midwestern State University, which was completed between 2018 and 2020. Additionally, Reggie holds various certifications, including CPR Certified, Dealing with Disruptive Behavior, First Aid, USA Basketball Coaching Training, and a Youth Mental Health First Aid Certificate.
