Chris Jolley has a diverse work experience spanning different roles and companies. Chris started their career in 1997 as an IT Service Manager at Greencore and worked there until 2014. In 2014, they briefly worked as a Client Services Manager at Solar Communications before joining Symphony Housing Group as a Problem, Change, and Configuration Manager. After two years, they moved to Your Housing Group as the Head of ICT Service Delivery. In 2018, Chris joined wejo as the Lead Service Delivery Manager, and later became the Head of Service Delivery. Currently, they are the Head of Service Delivery at Positive Solutions.
Chris Jolley attended Padgate from 1990 to 1991, but did not obtain a degree or specify a field of study. Chris Jolley also holds several certifications from ISEB, including a Certificate in Modelling Business Processes and various ITIL certifications, such as ITIL Expert 2011 and ITIL Intermediate Certificates in Continual Service Improvement, Service Design, Service Operation, Service Strategy, Service Transition, and Managing Across the Lifecycle 2011.
