Sean Chong

Sean Chong possesses extensive experience in engineering leadership and technical support across multiple organizations, including Possehl Electronics, JAPAN CIRCUIT INDUSTRIAL CO., LTD, and STATS ChipPAC. With a career spanning from 1989 to the present, Sean has held various roles from Process Engineer to R&D Engineering Head, demonstrating a strong focus on product manufacturability, process improvement, and quality assurance. A graduate of Swinburne University of Technology with honors in Chemical Engineering, Sean has successfully led teams to enhance production and operational efficiency while addressing quality issues and new product development.
