Michael Karas

Michael Karas is an experienced business leader with a strong focus on trade management and business process optimization. Currently serving as Director of Business Trade Systems at Post Holdings since May 2018, and as Director of Business Process Management at Post Consumer Brands since 2016, Michael has been instrumental in designing and implementing processes that align with corporate objectives. Previous roles include Business Process Leader at MOM Brands, President at Three Key, LLC, Vice President at First Products, Inc., Director of Sales at Gelco Information Network, and Senior Director of Sales and Senior Director of Business Process at ConAgra Foods. Michael holds an MBA in Marketing from Buffalo State University and a BBA in Management from the University of Notre Dame - Mendoza College of Business.
