Mark Underwood

Mark Underwood has held various roles in different companies over the years. Mark started their career at e-skills UK in 2006, where they worked as an Industry Analyst and later became a Project Manager. Mark'sresponsibilities included managing research reports and implementing data collection processes. From 2011 to 2014, they served as the Head of Economic Impact Evaluation, Assessment, and Modelling at e-skills UK, focusing on IT skills-related projects. In 2014, they transitioned to Day Rating as an Independent Contractor, working on projects such as economic impact assessments and program evaluations. Currently, Mark is employed at Post Office Ltd as the Legal, Compliance & Governance Operations Director. Mark has previously held positions as a Portfolio Director and Head of Portfolio: Legal, Risk & Governance at the same company.

Mark Underwood earned a Bachelor's degree in Economics & Social Studies from the University of Manchester, where they studied from 2002 to 2005.
