Juan Martin Palafox

Juan Martin Palafox is an experienced hospitality professional with a strong background in guest relations and operations management, currently serving as Operations Manager at Post Ranch Inn since September 2009. Palafox has held various roles including Guest Relations Supervisor and Front Desk Agent, demonstrating expertise in front office operations. Additional experience includes serving as a Volunteer Firefighter with the Big Sur Volunteer Fire Brigade since June 2011 and obtaining Bronze Level certification as a Butler from Magnums Butlers International in March 2016, enhancing the ability to deliver exceptional guest service. Palafox holds a high school diploma from Carmel High School and is pursuing an Associate’s Degree in Hospitality Administration/Management at Monterey Peninsula College.
