Cherry Yao

Cherry Yao is a Research Economic Analyst at the Postal Regulatory Commission since September 2022. Prior to this role, Cherry served as an Associate Economist at Ofcom from October 2019 to September 2021. Cherry's academic background includes a Doctor of Philosophy in Economics from New York University, where studies were conducted from 2012 to 2020. During this time, Cherry also held positions as an Adjunct Lecturer for statistics courses and as a Graduate Teaching Assistant for various economics courses. Research interests encompass Experimental Economics, Behavioral Economics, and Microeconomic Theory, highlighting a strong foundation in economic analysis and education.
