Gisela Hinrichs

Gisela Hinrichs has extensive work experience in project management and innovation in various companies. Gisela currently holds the position of Head of Project Management at PostAuto AG, starting in 2023. Before this, they worked at SBB CFF FFS, where they held multiple roles including Innovation Manager, Mobility Intrapreneur, Programme Manager, and Head of Asset Management Development. Gisela also worked at Ascom Security Solutions as a Senior Project Manager and at AMI (Automatización y Modernización Industrial) as a Senior Proposal Manager and Senior Project Manager. Gisela Hinrichs began their career at Siemens as a Key-Account-Manager and Project Manager. Gisela'swork experience spans from 1992 to the present.

Gisela Hinrichs has a strong educational background in the field of engineering. Gisela studied at FAU Erlangen-Nürnberg from 1985 to 1991, obtaining a Diplom-Ingenieur degree in Elektrotechnik. In 2018, they attended the University of Applied Sciences and Arts Northwestern Switzerland FHNW for a professional development course, earning a CAS in Industrie 4.0. Additionally, from 2010 to 2012, they pursued a General Management degree (MAS) at Rochester-Bern Executive Programs. Gisela also holds certifications such as Certified Agile Senior Leader (IPMA Level B) obtained in 2021 and Certified Senior Project Manager (IPMA Level B) obtained in 2016.
