Martin Nikolov

Martin Nikolov, EMBA, PMP, ITIL, currently serves as the Head of Digital Banking and Service Quality at Postbank (Eurobank Bulgaria AD) since October 2020, previously holding similar roles within the organization from November 2017 to July 2019. Martin's extensive experience includes positions as a Senior Consultant for Financial Services and Insurance at BULPROS, a Transformation Officer at Allianz Bulgaria, and Head of Customer Insight and Reporting at CIBANK JSC. Martin's academic credentials include an Executive MBA from WU (Vienna University of Economics and Business), a Master in Corporate Finance from the University of Economics - Varna, and a Bachelor in Marketing from the same institution. Additionally, Martin holds a background in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the Professional School of Mechanics and Technics "General Ivan Bachvarov."
