Sergei Bugaev has extensive experience in leadership and partnership development, currently serving as the Partnership Lead at Poster POS since November 2017. Prior to this role, Sergei held the position of Head of the Contact Center Management in Dnipro at PrivatBank from February 2016 to October 2017, where responsibilities included overseeing contact center operations and management.
