Jerry Santoni

Jerry Santoni, PMP has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies. Jerry is currently the Vice President of Business Operations at Posterity Group, LLC, where they lead growth initiatives and builds partner relationships in various industries. Prior to this, Jerry worked as a Principal Consultant at Innovation Delivered Cubed, assisting clients with strategy implementation and business process optimization. Jerry also served as a Program Director at Serco, overseeing a $65 million outsourced transportation program and strengthening service delivery. Before that, Jerry held the position of Director of North America Business Development & Proposal Operations at Serco, where they contributed to new business growth and addressed operational issues. Earlier in their career, Jerry worked at IBM as a Senior Solution Executive, leading initiatives that increased sales pipeline and received recognition for innovative solutions.

Jerry Santoni, PMP holds an MBA in Business from Queens University of Charlotte and a BSEE in Electrical Engineering from Syracuse University. Additionally, they have obtained various certifications such as Project Management Professional (PMP) from the Project Management Institute, Forensic Accounting Certification from UNC Charlotte School of Professional Studies, Incident Command System certifications from FEMA, Lean Six Sigma Orange Belt Certification from UNC Charlotte School of Professional Studies, and National Traffic Incident Management (TIM) Responder Certification from Virginia State Police.
