Dorothy Kopala

Dorothy Kopala has extensive experience in healthcare management. Dorothy began their career in 2003 as President of Infinity Health Care Consulting, Inc., a revenue cycle management & consulting firm. In this role, they were responsible for overseeing P&L, mediating contract negotiations, and representing clients on appeals with Administrative Law Judges. Dorothy also consulted on client operations and provided the business development needed to grow their practices. In 2016, they became the Director of Operations at Creative Technology Orthotic Prosthetic Solutions, a Prosthetic and Orthotic company with 5 offices throughout the Colorado Front Range. In this role, they developed the company's operational policies and procedures and ensured local, state and federal requirements were met. From 2019 to 2021, they were the Practice Manager at Atlas Physical Therapy Uptown and Downtown; Atlas Physical Therapy at Central Park, where they were a senior level manager for a growing and dynamic physical therapy practice with three clinics in the Denver area. Dorothy led the company through the tumultuous times of the pandemic and returned to near pre-COVID census levels. Currently, they are the VP of Revenue Strategy and Operations at Posterity Health, a position they began in 2022.
