Dan Posternock has extensive legal experience, serving as the Managing Shareholder at Posternock Apell, PC since 2011, overseeing a firm focused on estate planning, business litigation, consumer fraud, estate litigation, special education, and real estate transactions. As the President and Managing Shareholder of McDowell Posternock Apell & Detrick, P.C., Dan has contributed to the firm's success. Prior to these roles, Dan co-founded Barron & Posternock, LLP, and the Law Offices of Daniel Posternock, demonstrating a strong entrepreneurial spirit in the legal field. Dan's career began with positions as a partner and associate attorney at various firms and as a judicial law clerk. Educational achievements include a Juris Doctorate from Widener University Schools of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology from Monmouth University.
