Andrew Dunstan

Andrew Dunstan is a seasoned database expert with extensive experience in PostgreSQL and database architecture. Currently serving as a Senior Principal Engineer at EDB since July 2021, Andrew has also significantly contributed to the PostgreSQL project since 2003 as a major contributor and core committer. Previous roles include PostgreSQL developer at 2ndQuadrant, Senior Database Architect at Pinogy Corporation, and Principal Consultant at Dunslane Consulting LLC, which specializes in PostgreSQL and Linux systems. Andrew co-founded PostgreSQL Experts, Inc. and has been active in thought leadership as a speaker at PGCon. Andrew's foundational education includes a BA in Computer Science and History from the University of Adelaide and participation in various esteemed educational institutions.
