Robert Welch Jr. has extensive experience in the commercial HVAC, plumbing, and process design sectors, currently serving as the Department Manager for Design Build at Postler & Jaeckle Corp. since November 2012. Previous roles include Project Engineer, Mechanical Estimator, and Assistant Project Manager at W M Schultz Construction Inc. from June to August 2012. Robert Welch Jr. holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering Technology/Technician from the Rochester Institute of Technology, attained from 2011 to 2014, and an Associate of Applied Science and Technology in the same field from Hudson Valley Community College, completed from 2009 to 2011.
