Tina Phan has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Tina started their career in 2015 as a Production Artist at BLKBX Creative Group, where they collaborated on digital campaigns and designed storyboards and graphics. Tina then worked as a UX Designer at the NYC Department of Design and Construction, focusing on user experience design. In 2017, Tina became an Experience Designer at the Billion Oyster Project, where they led the design of an exhibit on Governor's Island. Tina also worked as a Graphic Designer at Bullfrog + Baum, creating visual designs.
In 2018, Tina joined the StartupBus as a UX Designer for Women and TGNC in Blockchain, and later became a Product Designer at Zeel.com, leading the B2B Product team. Tina expanded Zeel@Work as an Enterprise solution and conducted user research and prototype testing. Tina also worked as a UX/UI Designer at The Graduate Center, City University of New York, collaborating with the CUNY Graduate Center Library on website redesign and creating wireframes and prototypes.
In 2020, Tina joined Postlight - Digital product studio as a Product Designer, working with clients like Twitter, Mailchimp, and MTA. Tina collaborated closely with engineers and product managers to implement UX/UI designs, conducted user interviews and research, and delivered high fidelity designs and interactive prototypes.

Tina Phan pursued their education in a chronological manner, starting with a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Fiber, Textile and Weaving Arts, Illustration, which they obtained from California State University, Long Beach. Tina attended this institution from 2008 until 2013. Later on, Tina pursued further education at Pratt Institute from 2016 to 2018, where they completed a Master of Fine Arts (MFA) degree in Communications Design.
