Jenni Saarela

Jenni Saarela is an accomplished HR professional with extensive experience in human resources, communication, and marketing across multiple organizations. Currently serving as HR Manager at PostNord Oy since June 2019, Jenni plays a key role in fulfilling company goals through effective people management. Previous roles include serving as Head of HR at PostNord Strålfors, where Jenni contributed to strategic management as part of the leadership team. With a background that includes key positions in sales and customer service management at both PostNord Strålfors and Datacom Finland Oy, as well as service management at Etelä-Karjalan Osuuspankki, Jenni possesses a solid foundation in customer relationship management and team leadership. An M.Sc. in Economics from LUT University complements Jenni's professional expertise, further enhanced by executive education from Aalto University.
