Gustavo Adolfo Salazar Romero is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in Human Resource Management, currently serving as Gerente Regional de Gestión Humana at POSTOBON S.A. since November 2016. In this role, Gustavo is responsible for the planning, organization, and verification of talent management strategies and policies, along with collective relationship administration and compliance with labor regulations.
